$0 for members who follow the plan.
Nobody should have to lose for someone else to win. The employer, the member, and the provider can all come out ahead in the same plan.
Coordinated care pays providers fast, saves employers money, and shares that savings with members by eliminating their portion of a claim.Price and quality should be knowable before care happens, not after.
When members engage, they see which doctors have the best outcomes, available at no cost.

Rob Flunker and Patrick Harris spent 26 combined years inside third-party administration. Eligibility, claims, networks, pharmacy, stop-loss, member service. Working across all of it gave them a view of how a health plan functions as a whole system rather than as a set of separate contracts.
Most of what reaches an employer is a single component, whether that is a network, a point solution, or a discount program layered on top of the plan. Each one performs against its own metrics, and none of them is responsible for how the plan performs overall.
They wanted to build something that connected the two sides that matter most: people who need care, and physicians who want to provide it at a price agreed to before the visit. The employer-sponsored plan was the logical place to do it. It is where most working Americans get their coverage, and it is the structure that brings the employer, the member, the broker, and the provider into the same transaction.
Lower cost of care shows up in two places. The employer pays less on the claim when it happens, not as a credit at renewal twelve months later. And the savings on the member side is returned as waived cost share, so following the plan costs them nothing.
That is the model PR Health was built to deliver, and it is the work in front of them now.
